Cody Wilkes is the chef/owner of Pasta CartL. He has been working professionally in hospitality for over twenty years. The last decade plus has been in senior management of various restaurants and restaurant groups. CDC Marben (2016) Sr Sous Chef Gusto Restaurant Group (2018) CDC Mattachioni (2021).
He has been looking to find something as a perfect creative outlet and follow my dreams - opening pasta cartL. He loves ethically sourced foods, from the dairy products to the vegetables, flour to the chocolate, every ingredient sourced tries to be as local as possible, in respect to the makers and the planet. He is a die hard cook, very hands on in the kitchen, and loves spending time with his son, Nate.
